The Vendor
Master List report is a consolidated document that can be handed to
examiners. It displays a snapshot of each vendor including the Vendor Profile
information, Risk Rating, last and next Periodic Review, Date of Contract execution
and expiration, and the Vendor Sponsor contact information within the institution.
